These terms apply to your use of FreeToolJar (“FreeToolJar”, “we”, “us”) and all the tools on this website. By using the website you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.

1. The service

FreeToolJar provides free online tools. We may add, change or remove tools at any time, and we don’t promise that any tool will always be available or work without interruption.

2. Using the tools

You may use the tools for personal and commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• use the website for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
• use the mockup, screenshot or image tools to impersonate real people or organisations, create fake evidence, or mislead anyone;
• use the website analysis features to attack, overload or probe websites you are not allowed to test;
• send automated or excessive requests to our services, or try to break, bypass or interfere with their security; or
• copy or resell the website or its tools as your own service.

3. Your content

Text, files and other content you use with the tools remain yours. Most tools process your content only inside your browser and we never receive it. Where a feature sends information to a server, it is used only to provide that feature, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to use any content you put into the tools.

4. What you create

You own the results you create — such as QR codes, images, documents and code — and you are responsible for how you use them.

5. Estimates are not professional advice

Many tools give estimates based on standard formulas, typical figures and public data — including financial, health, pregnancy, fitness, tax and website traffic, revenue and value estimates. They are for general information only and are not financial, medical, legal, tax or other professional advice. Always check important decisions with a qualified professional.

6. Third-party services and links

Some features rely on third-party services (for example exchange rates, website rankings or video thumbnails), and the website links to other sites. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability or their content.

7. Our website

The FreeToolJar name, website design, text and illustrations belong to us. Icons are from Lucide (ISC licence) and fonts from Google Fonts, used under their licences. You may link to any page on the website.

8. No warranty

The website and tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We work hard to make the tools accurate and reliable, but we don’t guarantee that results will be correct, complete or suitable for your purpose. Keep copies of important files before processing them.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profit, revenue or business, arising from your use of the website or tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the website means you accept the updated terms.
